On your own
Glad you are here. This is where you find small tools for when things are a bit hard: to calm down, plan your day or prepare for a conversation. You use them on your own, or together with someone who helps you.
Almost everything works straight away, right here on this website and on your phone too. You do not need to install anything or create an account.
What you fill in is yours. The tools on this website do not send it anywhere, not to us either. Each tool says exactly what happens to your data. The tools and their pages are in Dutch.
Not sure where to start? The tool finder asks you three short questions and shows what fits. You can also ask your care professional. And if something is missing or not working, feel free to send us a message.
What you will find here
A moment of calm
For when things get a bit much. You can breathe along calmly with an exercise, bring your attention back to what is around you, or write down your worries at a set time.
A grip on your day
Make a plan for your day with pictures, or see how much energy you have today and what fits into it. If you want to change something, you cut it up into a few small steps.
Something nice
Not everything has to solve a problem. Write down what went well today, send a postcard to someone you have never met, or meet a small work of art for your pocket.
Preparing for a conversation
Do you have an appointment with your GP, the local support team or the council? Write down beforehand what you want to say and ask. You can also find words for how you feel, or make a card about what helps you when things are harder.
By other makers
Sometimes someone else has already made something good. Then we take you there: Dutch apps and websites by theme, with who makes it and what it costs. We are not paid for it.
Tools for you
