In care and support we saw how hard things can be, for people who need help and for those who give it. We did not want to just use technology. First we wanted to understand what people need. So we listened to people seeking help and to care professionals, and asked them: what would make your life easier?

Their answers were the start of E-powerment. There were ups and downs, but our goal stayed the same: help that works better, and that everyone can find and use. That is how a small idea grew into a place where you find digital tools: our own, and good tools made by others.

Mission and vision

Mission
Giving people more control over their wellbeing, with digital tools. We make the work easier for people seeking help and for care professionals. And we want everyone to be able to find, understand and use help.
Vision
A society in which everyone can grow in wellbeing. We help people do more for themselves, and we support care professionals in their work. That way we want to be a digital friend for everyone looking for support.

What makes us strong

Core values

Innovation

Smart ideas, a better future.

We believe in smart solutions for everyday problems in care. Our goal? Making things simpler, both for people who need help and for those who give it.

Our digital tools make that happen. Think of an app that lets you book an appointment with your coach in a few taps, or a platform where you can view and share your wellbeing data quickly and safely.

For us, innovation is more than a nice word; it is how we actively work towards a better future in care. We keep it simple but effective, so everyone benefits.

Co-creation

Stronger together.

The power of working together. Co-creation is not just a term to us; it is the heart of how we work. By joining forces with people who seek and give help, we create solutions that really work.

Anyone involved in care can tell us what could be better. We put those ideas to use straight away. That is how we make things that genuinely help in daily life.

The approach is simple: listen, think it through together, and do it.

Care

Precision in everything.

Care and attention to detail are at the centre of our digital work. We test our products thoroughly, so they are not only innovative but also reliable and safe to use.

Digital safety comes first: we protect data as if it were our own. Privacy and data security are always our priority.

Flexible

We move with you.

We adapt to changing schedules and situations, to offer a tailored fit exactly where and when it is needed.

From apps to software, from models to training. Our digital tools move with the need for help.

That is why we build more than apps. We are not afraid to step off the beaten path.

Efficiency

Kinder to your time.

Efficiency is the starting point of our digital solutions. We develop easy-to-use tools that simplify tasks, so care professionals can focus on what really matters: personal attention.

Our digital tools make care accessible to everyone, wherever the need arises, and lower the barriers to finding the right help.

At E-powerment we want people to manage their own health and wellbeing, with handy technology they understand.

DichtBij, our side project

DichtBij is a small crocheted bee that writes little poems. Some are meant to make someone smile, others to make you stop and think about what happens in society.

It is a hobby project, next to our work. The name is a Dutch pun: dichten means writing poetry, a bij is a bee, and dichtbij means close by.
