There is rarely one solution

Questions in care and support never stand alone. People, rules, money, housing, care and work are all connected. A solution to one problem often causes a new problem somewhere else.

So we do not start with an app. We start by understanding together what is really going on. The tool grows out of that.

Everyone at the table
We bring together the people it is about: people seeking help, care professionals and the organisation. Everyone sees a different part of the whole.
Make something to talk about
We make something straight away: a sketch, a map of how things connect, or a game. It does not need to be finished. It is where the conversation starts.
A shared language
Around what we made, people start talking who would otherwise not meet. That is how a language grows that everyone understands.
Once more
What we learn goes back into a new design. Making and learning take turns, until there is a picture everyone supports.
The tool
Only then do we build: an app, a website, a game or a training. Accessible, safe and tested with the people who will use it.
